We just add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt to bring out the flavour. The result is a rich, naturally sweet toasted flavour with a smooth texture and an excellent dropping consistency. Try as a nutritious breakfast spread, as a cake filling or a garnish for ice-cream and desserts.
