When can I expect delivery?

Express delivery option:  Orders received by 1300hrs will be dispatched same day for next delivery by DHL or UPS courier.  Orders received after 1300hrs will be dispatched the following day.   There is no courier delivery on a Saturday, therefore, orders received on a Friday will be delivered by courier on Monday, or dispatched by first class Royal Mail if requested.

Standard delivery option: normally be within 2 – 3 working days to mainland UK.
Quoted delivery times are subject to stock as well as Royal Mail and courier delays.

What if I need to return or exchange anything?

Claims in respect of loss, damage, short delivery or faulty goods should be made to us within two days of receipt of the goods.
