Our cacao nibs are organic and come from the criollo bean, the rarest and most expensive of all cacao beans. Cacao nibs contain a wealth of vitamins and minerals and act as antioxidants. They are a super delicious superfood. You can add cacao nibs to porridge, yoghurt or smoothies, and use in place of chocolate chips in breads, cakes and muffins. Nutrients in cacao nibs include:
- Oleic acid, an omega-9 fatty acid that is good for heart health.
