Our Barley Flakes are produced from first quality barley flakes. Barley is a wonderfully versatile cereal grain with a rich nutlike flavour and an appealing chewy, pasta-like consistency. Combine with breakfast cereals, mueslis and porridge mixes.
Barley Flakes are a very good source of molybdenum, manganese, dietary fibre, and selenium, and a good source of copper, vitamin B1, chromium, phosphorus, magnesium, and niacin.
